iPhone / iPad (Safari)

  1. Open thegainzplanner.com in Safari (not Chrome or in-app browsers).
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow).
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Confirm the name, then tap Add.

iOS does not show a browser “Install” prompt — Share → Add to Home Screen is the real path.

Android (Chrome)

  1. Open the site in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu (top right).
  3. Choose Install app or Add to Home Screen.
  4. Confirm — The Gainz Planner appears on your Home Screen.

If you see an Install button above, use that when Chrome offers it.

Desktop (Chrome / Edge)

  1. Look for an install icon in the address bar, or open the browser menu.
  2. Choose Install The Gainz Planner / Apps → Install this site as an app.
  3. The app opens in its own window with the planner ready.
